Unethical treatment of staff, customers and suppliers. Be prepared to leave your morales at home if you want to get on at this place. If you are serous about joining get some feedback from employees doing the same job. The massive turnover in staff (just look on LinkedIn) and contract losses say it all - during your interview ask about their complaints procedure and how they collect and act on customer feedback. So may long time servers who refuse to change and no longer understand the industry or customers - you can no longer trade on the OTIS name alone when they are way behind other OEM's in the UK such as KONE and Schindler and probably TKE soon. So much internal fighting between Service and Installations with customers, staff and suppliers caught in the middle as each fight for profit at any cost.
