Felt Welcomed and appreciated from Start - Recensione dipendente - Sales Development Representative (SDR) presso OTR Solutions

Everyone gets along and genuinely enjoys working together. The vast majority of employees strive to do well at their jobs and constantly improve. Very little dogma with regards to "this is how we do it". If you think you have a better way, leadership is very receptive process improvement and creative thinking.

None that specifically impact my position.

I’ve had a very positive experience working here. The company has a great culture with friendly, supportive people who make the workplace welcoming and enjoyable. Team collaboration is strongly encouraged, and everyone is approachable and willing to help each other succeed. I’ve also been given meaningful opportunities to grow and take on new responsibilities, which has been very rewarding. The environment is flexible and truly employee-centric, making it easier to maintain a healthy work–life balance. I also appreciate the comfortable, casual dress code and the strong benefits package, which shows the company values and supports its employees. Overall, it’s a great place to work with a team that genuinely cares about one another.

Due to fast growth some processes need to be more formalized.
