Working overtime, work during the weekends, a lot of stress, amount of people who end up with burnout is crazy. You work in the office but you make less than your warehouse employees. You have to do your job even if you don’t have sufficient tools to do it. They hire you if you don’t speak Dutch but then they expect you to speak it.
