OTW teaches leadership skills and marketing systems as part of its training program. There is a culture of caring for others and personal self improvement. They can work with your schedule for the most part. As you grow as an individual, you can also grow in your position in the company. Besides that, free health insurance is available and I get to help kids every day! We have team nights every other Thursday, where team members and their families can come and get to know each other better and really grow a friendship. I've had many jobs, but always felt replaceable, or under valued. That is not the case with OTW Events. You, as an individual, are valued and irreplaceable in your skill sets. As an Eagle Scout, I give my word, that this place is a great place to work for individuals that want to do something that matters and will make a difference in the world. Scouts Honor.

In this line of work you talk to a lot of people, and some can be pretty rude. Rejection can be hard to deal with, but if you practice having a good attitude and being grateful you'll be just fine.
