Vantaggi
really great positivity, we start every morning with high fives.
Svantaggi
We were given a table and set up at random stores to collect money for a charity, sounds great right? NO. We worked for commission and we had to collect $400 in donations per day or have a long condescending talk with the manager and if you continue not to "make bell" they send you out all by yourself to places that have almost no people and if you don't make enough money then you're expected to walk alone through busy parking lots with a clipboard and ask for money until you get kicked out. Not to mention that the charity was for anti bullying and you basically are expected to go up to random strangers all day and tell them that a kid offed himself because of bullying and leverage their shock to ask for money. The math for donations on our little sheet didn't even make any sense and we were basically paying for a guy to fly around America and put on little assemblies. We were supposed to say that the charity was local but they only helped our area maybe once. We worked commission but we were expected to show up 2 hours early to work to "network" with our coworkers, unpaid. Once a week they pull you out of sales to sit in your car and watch a speech from one of the leaders of the company on your phone. There was a bunch of weird brainwashing going on.
