I like that managers and directors make an effort to connect with their staff and are open to discussion and value the opinions of those working with them.

Svantaggi

Parking in this area is crowded and staff has to park in a parking garage or parking lot off-site and shuttle to their offices. I hope one day there will be more convenient parking options for staff members.
