Customers & family/friends get more of discounts than employees. Employees can’t even use their own alle/aspire points to get their service costs down. Company will randomly cut your hours to part time and then say “they didn’t cut pay” simply because the pay is the same, although they have made full time employees now part time employees (with no warning or way to make up for this pay cut) They will have you sign a contract and not hold up their end. The new ceo has no experience in Med spas and only cares to make money in the centers, even if it means burning employees and changing the medspa experience the clients have been used to. You can’t take any days off unless you use PTO or have a life/death situation sent in a letter for regional to approve. Doesn’t pay overtime for work events or actual OT. Ignores concerns from employees and answers them in a condescending/beating around the bush way if they even are acknowledged.
