Unstable but nice people - Recensione dipendente - Data Analyst presso OVO

Unfortunately OVO makes significant rounds of redundancies every year. In 2025 there were 2 rounds of redundancies impacting hundred of people. I, sadly, have now been hit by redundancy and no longer work at OVO. It feels like an unstable place to work. I also found it very hard to get a promotion despite OVO hiring in new talent and rewarding them rather than promoting their existing workforce. I frequently saw people hired and 3 months later they were made redundant.
