Svantaggi
Where do I begin? What was once a great company to work for has quickly turned into a place to avoid at all costs. Should we talk about having 3 CEO's in a short space of time? Or maybe a CTO that broke the company beyond repair? Or maybe the constant redundancies that keep coming up? Or maybe the training budget being cut? The list goes on and on. We find out from the press things before they're announced to the company. Imagine finding out you're being made redundant from the news?? Management only care about themselves and their friends who aren't the ones that are affected by redundancies funny enough. Overall, it was a good place to work but not anymore. You're well compensated, I'll give them that but in terms of progression in you're career? Forget it. No bonus this year, no pay rises for 2 and those that are still in the company are on edge, they're one "Business Update" away from losing their job sadly, not a great feeling.
