None so far. Yes they pay well when they need you. And they'll treat you like 'son in law' if you're from IIT, IIM, ISB or anything above it.

+ No recognition of talent + No reward for your hardwork + Only regard to degrees(IIT, IIM +) + Some people on top are just looting the company and getting rich. + Use and throw policy + Culture is non- Existent + Employee Engagement is long lost dream
