Here is a small example thru a simple conversation scenario of oyo daily life Employee - Boss, i want to do this, i think this will really help us streamline the process Boss - Great idea, we cant do this Emplyoee - Boss, can we do that. Boss - Good thought, we can't do that one week later.... Boss to employee - did you do this and that we discussed the other day. Employee - but you refused to do it Boss - I never said that, all I meant is u cant do it by yourself... if you have not done it yet... it's like you are just meeting the target, not over achieving it.
