It used to be good till they worked as a start up. Now they assume it to be a big corporate. Hence things are downgrading.

I am talking about the Technology team. Company is hell bent on bringing senior leadership and team managers from Amazon. Few of these outsiders are trying to impose their working style on the entire team which is destroying the cool work culture that OYO had. Secondly, office is located in a very remote far off location in Gurgaon. Even the commute from within Gurgaon to office building is very difficult and dangerous. Zero perks for employees. HR department is not at all helpful. Appraisals were way less than average expectations. Employees didn't even receive their annual bonuses and variable salary components.

Work-life balance can be challenging at times due to tight deadlines, rapid changes in priorities, and the need to adapt quickly in a high-pressure startup-like environment.
