Some pros are as follows: People or fellow colleagues- OYO hires the creme de la creme,so you meet one of the best in the industry. The HR practices are fair and on time help is awarded It is a growing company so lot of opportunities to learn and experiment

Svantaggi

Sometimes too much experimentation happens and all wrong decisions are put on a scapegoat. Apart from this over hiring puts a lot of people into no work zone and thus irrelevant projects are seen floating around. Again as any start up with best minds a lot of politics by the same minds- but this is common across the industry,nowdays one has to be smart enough to be able to make the most.
