No perk , No work life balance , low salary , inhumane treatment to sales , sales are way down hierarchy never join this company as sales doesn't have growth in the company. No incentive Don't call top management as leader they are a blot , their simple strategy is to hire people for doing numbers to show investors and then fire innocent people on grounds without caring. Heartless people. In December so many sales and other employees given notice all over India to leave. Same would continue in phases in Jan Feb and March just to turn profitable they give this reason. So short term people are fire to become people. Such a disgust on people at top level that they can only think of this unethical thing. Inhumane.
