There is no one in HR to address your concerns if you have any with regard to your career path or current team. As a small firm, no privacy is maintained in such issue hence employee has no one to speak to. 5. They manipulate your salary band and designation while hiring you, salary band are not reflective of your designation or anything. 6. Undefined Organisation structure.
