Great idea & concept, just no leadership.

Just had major layoffs in sales after hiring US sales reps 90 days earlier. Also lying to hotels to get them to sign with them, promising renovations and then refusing to do them all after paperwork is signed. US management is lazy and no help to employees. They don’t keep their word. Don’t make the mistake of resigning a good job to work for these clowns. They boast of MBAs. However, read their bios. 1 year here. 6 months there. They wish they knew what they are doing. Not one solid manager among them!
