That's crazy. - They do not treat their client well, so your reputation as a sales rep will be affected. - Commission is tier based and capped at max MYR3000 even though you exceeded the target. No point doing more. - Lack of ownership between departments. - Some head of department are inexperience and underqualified for the role.
