      The company is not as good as they make it seem in the interview process No structure Unrealistic targets No eye for potential in employee Constantly moving the goals post Higher Management team have the 'stink face' when you try talk to them If you are not performing there is no second chances No job security even after probation They change the process of everything every week No clear direction Don't listen to employees daily blockers Don't take on any constructive feedback Sell you the dream - then you see reality

      We appreciate you taking out time to share your honest feedback, which will help us build a better workplace. On some of the concerns that you have raised, we have recently made some instrumental changes to enable a great employee experience. For example, we have formally introduced a program to enable skip-level engagement and easy feedback sharing in India. There are several measures to promote employee well-being. These initiatives will be expanded to other OYO markets in the future. If you have any further feedback or suggestion, please share it with your manager, HRBP or OYO leader.
