On some of the concerns that you have raised, we have recently made some instrumental changes to enable a great employee experience. For example, we have formally introduced a program to enable skip-level engagement and easy feedback sharing in India. There are several measures to promote employee well-being. These initiatives will be expanded to other OYO markets in the future. If you have any further feedback or suggestion, please share it with your manager, HRBP or OYO leader.
