6yThank you for your feedback. We are continuously working to make OYO a great organization and workplace. On some of the concerns that you have raised, we have recently made some instrumental changes to enable a great employee experience. For example, we have incorporated an additional Saturday off for all to promote better work-life balance. There is also a series of initiatives launched earlier this year to help us simplify work culture, drive higher happiness and well-being quotient of OYOpreneurs and ensuring their holistic career development. We are sure you would have heard about them from various OYO leaders in the past few days.
