      *Peers are good. *Can do WFH and took leave no pressure from mangers.

      *Not upto tech standards *They will brag a lot about tech culture during interview.Reality is otherwise. *Too much business noise in tech/Tech decisions are dominated by business. *Lack of structured approach during development actually they look for patch all the time.
