      You will get to learn a lot

      No work-life balance. We had to work from 8am to 10pm even on weekoffs. Deadlines are always very near. Senior management is very poor. Compensation is not upto the industry standards. Very high firing rate(45%-50%) even when their overall revenue increased(I am talking about 2022) No recognition for hard work
