very toxic culture manager is also against new employees, he won't have new employees in the team( new employee means target increase) there is no manager hire key, everyone would like to take reporting from you as many times( old employees on top....they are behaving like they are all your manager) there is no training stym for employees they will ask you to do hotel wallet recharges from your pocket if the hotel owner is not ready to do.
