They have an open culture where you can go and speak to any one anytime and about anything. None of the leadership team, Right from the CEO/COO to the AVPs/VPs have occupied a cabin for themselves. Each and every team member sits in the cubical. Folks love their work and party to the fullest. A very young and vibrant team which is full of energy. Compensation is good and they have flexi work hours.
