      Concerts, events and other activities make the job incredibly interesting Planning Creating memorable experiences for attendees is extremely rewarding Interacting with community and serving the event attendees is a plus

      Management is horrible, HR is even more Inadequate training structure is extremely poor Long hours with low wages and little regard for employee welfare Definitely not ideal for work- life balance Lack of compensation time given to balance work load Low morale amongst staff Toxic environment

      Every venue’s ability and level of morale is based off of the GM and their prerogatives. Corporate is completely disconnected from the field despite their disparaging efforts to act otherwise. The company preaches the typical DEI and anti-harassment jargon yet doesn’t apply the same rules to everyone. Retaliation is a thing within this company as well.
