Regional Managers are very communicative and helpful. The company has great values and benefits. The Corporate level management doesn't guarantee it will trickle down to your local level every time but it does help. You are definitely not alone within the OVG team.

Slow Growth. Repetitive day-to-day tasks. Often work odd hours or weekends due to most events being on the weekends/evenings. Local-level management will vary from the corporate ideal.

Every venue’s ability and level of morale is based off of the GM and their prerogatives. Corporate is completely disconnected from the field despite their disparaging efforts to act otherwise. The company preaches the typical DEI and anti-harassment jargon yet doesn’t apply the same rules to everyone. Retaliation is a thing within this company as well.
