If you were willing to put in the effort and work hard, you will get paid nicely at this place, although they are not commissioned based, which is nice for the customer. They do have very lucrative bonus levels that are not that difficult to hit if you are willing to work hard on a daily basis.

I've also never been happier in my career. Lots of career development opportunities in all departments, and there's a great deal of collaborating with others. Weekly department and leadership meetings are kept and very structured - designed for accomplishment, not just another meeting that should have been an email. It's an extremely fast paced environment, and high performance is required of all roles - as I high performer, I love that! Leadership genuinely cares about living out the company's core values of commitment to work, service leadership, winning attitude, consistency, and doing the right thing. Both the employee and customer experience are valued and treated with the hightest regard. Highly competitive pay; for many positions, pay is performance-based, so the employee is "in control" of their earnings - you don't find that at many companies.

8-10 hour days are common in many roles. Not really a "con" for me, but it's not for everyone.
