In the second year you accumulate debt for whatever you haven't billed so that reaching targets at the end of the year is nearly impossible. And I've been told this at the beginning of my second year. Flashy London office, but again, you have to book your desk as there isn't enough desks for all employees.

- OP culture: you better be privately educated and blonde or you won't fit in. - No proper HR function, so complains were never heard! or exit interviews perhaps - CEO is ex Michael Page and thinks he's God. - Favoritism across the London office and managment - OP has really had a damaging impact on my career and on me personally.
