Excellent leadership that invests time and effort into improving employee knowledge and abilities. Friendly, hardworking, safety focused work culture. You'd be hard pressed to find better people to work and with.

I didn't experience anything negative during my time working at Obayasji. It's construction though, so weather delays can occasionally force steep deadlines and longer working days.
