      Lots of expertise and deep knowledge when it comes to paid advertising and rev ops. Specialists in these areas are extremely well versed. SEO, no so much. Loved the ability to work from home whenever I wanted to .

      Not sure where to start. This company has such a toxic culture that revolves around the owners 'favorites' and alcohol. Everyone is so overworked and miserable, when people actually do come into the office all anyone wanted to do is have drinking lunches and happy hour. This led to one holiday party where a younger female ended up with alcohol poisoning. The owner was pretty much completely phased out when I decided to leave and had no idea what was going on, yet will promote folks who have been around the longest for no other reason but to keep them around even when they aren't qualified to their jobs. Overall, just so much negativity, drinking, and drama that I wish my path never crossed with this place. The employees who have been around the longest are bullies and entitled, not putting in the work like everyone else and have the attitude that they are untouchable simply because they haven't moved on in their careers.

While we feel that sharing drinks at work social occasions can foster a positive company culture, we take seriously concerns of over consumption and will continue to encourage team members to enjoy alcohol responsibly at company events. We are proud that our team member retention is strong and that we have a veteran team that has chosen to stay at Obility for number of years. We are also excited to have grown the team by more than 30% in the last year and to have promoted 5 new supervisors in the last year. I’m sorry that you left with a negative impression of Obility and we wish you our best in our career.

      Obility is lead by a great president and his vision is adopted by all employees. From the top down, it's a very collaborative, positive company.

      Obility is a remote-first agency. You can also work at the physical location, but most employees work from home.

      Due to economic uncertainty, the company has lost much of what previously made it appealing. These changes have directly contributed to the breakdown of nearly all of the original advantages.
