      Many of the employees, including me, have been with this company for over eight years. Some closer to 10-20 years. The company is loyal to employees and pays them well. Most every Manager has been promoted within the company. They also make a point of constantly offering very competitive benefits. The CEO, Jay Jarrell, cares a great deal about the employees and the average tenure proves this. His passion and sense of humor make the hard work seem much easier.

      Because we are a small company, we don't have the brand recognition that would help create more easy opportunities. We have to work hard for our piece of business. We are sometimes considered a "legacy" technology as we have been around for over 20 years.

      The great thing about working here is that you can really see and feel the impact of your work and contributions, and those are recognized by the company and management. I have definitely felt appreciated working here. Everyone has their own responsibilities, but we also work as a close team to accomplish goals. New ideas are always welcomed for discussion. Many people have been with the company for several years, so that strengthens the team while bringing in new people has provided new energy and ideas as well. Also, another positive is that the current executive team have all worked their way up in the company to the positions they hold now. There is a lot of passion and pride among the employees that work here whether they have been here for many years or only a short time. It's a great team!
