some unmature people, need better strategic direction and better alignment within departments and goals

Obopay has potential opportunity market for its products. I do not think it is not too late, even now if they revamp the business model and target audience for sure Obopay can bounce back into elite list.

Too many people assumed leadership positions without clear goals and direction. Marketing the product portfolio has some gaps. Need to establish partnerships with aggressive views and immediate foot print
