Good place to learn but bad work culture - Recensione dipendente - Software Developer presso Obsessory

No pros which I can think of except good colleagues when I worked, I am not very certain about now

1. Micromanagement 2. Egoistic and fraud CEOs/Founders 3. Never pay salary on time 4. Need to work late hours every single day and weekends (even Sunday too sometimes) and if you refuse, CEOs will threaten to ruin your career 5. Juniors/Freshers are asked to sign a bond of 2 years after which you are trapped, you will be threatened for everything after signing the bond 6. No HR/Management, Founders/CEOs handle everything 7. No proper documents 8. Once you say, you are leaving, you will start seeing fabricated mails for making you look like, you have not done anything since you started working here 9. If you left the company somehow, you will be asked to pay a certain amount to get your documents like experience letter, etc. 10. No full and final settlement ever 11. EPF deducted but never credited in your account 12. Income tax deducted but never settled with Income Tax department 13. You might found few 5-star reviews for the company, CEOs/Founders force to do so as they are working here for more than 1/2 years and have no option to leave. If they refuse to write good reviews, they won't receive their salaries on time, please don't fall for this

I have been working in obsessory from last 1 year 6 months. 1)Flat org culture 2)Good work environment and enough opportunities to grow. 3)Management is reachable. Work quality is really good in most projects. 4)People centric company and really cares about employees 5)Free food and calories :-) 6)Work Culture has evolved much better lately

1)Rigorous meetings in skype calls 2)Sometimes have to work during weekends
