Absolutely fantastic recruitment process. * Role was explained throughly, what was on offer, what the company was wanting from an appropriate candidate. * The recruitment process was explained clearly and concise manner. * Over view of the company, work done and background information provided was extremely helpful. Honest, open and transparent information so that I could make my own decision regards the company. No hard sell and or over promises. * The timeliness of feedback was short, where feedback was delayed was kept in the loop and advised to manage expectation. * Advice/ guidance around next steps were not long and drawn out. I had many recruitment/ interview experience I can honestly say that this was one of the best.
