Not very many but if I have to pick I'd say working in my pajamas and working with/learning from the little people actually doing the work.

The entire C-suite have outlandish expectations for everyone but themselves. They've lied so many times to clients that they have no clue what the truth is anymore.
The CEO made countless claims the company was moving in a positive direction only to turn around and layoff 99% of the staff while placing all blaim on the board and saying it came out of no where(we know you're lying Ivan). He still won't face the staff remaining just sends his minions to give bad news or puts in on the project managers. If the investors truly want this platform to succeed they better get rid of the "captain" who's driving this sinking ship.
