If you show ownership in your work, you'll get a ton of autonomy. I'd say that if you like learning on the fly, this is an amazing place to be. If you want predictability and structure, it’s probably not the right fit.

Growing Pains: As with any rapidly scaling startup, things can move fast and processes may not always be fully in place. You need to be adaptable and comfortable with some ambiguity. High Expectations: The bar is set high, and the workload can be intense at times. It’s definitely not for those looking for a 9-to-5 environment, but if you thrive in a dynamic setting, you’ll love it.
