Lack of leadership, horrible working hours - Recensione dipendente - Maintenance Engineer presso Ocado Technology

Constant switch between working nights and days, no differential is provided. No sense of belonging, no team work, poor leadership who lacks knowledge for operations. Pay is low…spent a year there, didn’t see any incentives, and very few “selective promotions”. Those who work the most are not rewarded, and those who don’t do anything never get in trouble (no accountability).I don’t want to think there is discrimination but there is!.
