- Management are numbers driven. meaning they only care about the volume of donors verse the satisfaction of their works. Staff are sent home early often if you are not needed. - Schedule 1 week in advance which makes it difficult for people to plan their lives ahead of time. - If youre a nurse, and care for patients this is not the place for you. your documentation is governed by auditors without medical training. - repetitive and mundane. - shifts are 7.5 hours to avoid overtime. -high turn over rate due to cut hours. (staff shortage and no incentives for retention) - no upward mobility -benefits are not comparable to other facilities
