The workload is heavy and expectations continue to grow, but the environment does not support employees who try to communicate openly. Leadership presents itself as approachable but the reality does not match. It creates a culture where people feel they have to stay quiet to stay safe, and that is not a healthy place to work. Hard work goes largely unrecognized here. You can consistently give your best and still walk away from review season feeling like it meant nothing. The compensation reflects that same lack of appreciation.
