Sometimes you are required to work longer hours

As a current employee I have to recognise the training and development opportunities at Octavia as someone that took advantage of both. You will hear this a lot but people are what makes Octavia great, have had the opportunity of working with some amazing colleagues. Overall, a really good organisation to work for with a good work / life balance and an amazing cause to support.

Still reliant on some legacy technologies, all of this is changing through as Octavia has quite a few ongoing projects to completely upgrade its technology and change the way staff works deeply focusing on new technologies.
