1. Being a subordinate, we were given a chance to suggest our ideas for the projects we were involved in. Most of the times our ideas were incorporated in the plan. 2. They allow for work-from-home arrangement as the need may be helping us to balance work-life needs. Also, the work-timings are flexible. 3. Unlike many organizations, performance reviews are concretely measured and appraisals are given accordingly. This helped me a lot in my career for improving on my skill-set that were a weakness in me. 4. Start from the day 1 when joined back in 2014, we received continual guidance and mentorship from our seniors on every project in which we were involved in. Learned greatly under them! 5. Received yearly pay hikes. 6. Exceptional work-culture where seniors work on the same platform along with the subordinatnes as and when the nature of project demands. 7. Unlike many organizations, there are no bureaucracies at the work-place. No competition, rather I have seen an atmosphere of co-operation from colleagues. 8. Employees are involved in various CSR initiatives taken up by Octaware. Above all, a great place to work for, good people to work with!
