Long hours, constant innovation under time pressure

Remote work, flexible schedule, pretty good pay. NOT worth the stress.

Not paying anyone on time or at all. Contract ending abruptly No HR department No benefits Have to use personal equipment & they do not compensate for internet usage. I was really excited to work for this cutting edge social media app. Went in with a really good attitude. That quickly faded when I was not getting my compensation as stated in my contract. I was to be compensated weekly. I did not get paid for 3 weeks in the beginning and it was stressful. Everyone on my team got their contracts abruptly cut 4 months in (which can be expected and isn’t the issue) the issue is I am getting silence when asking about my pending payments. I am owed another 3 weeks of pay and no one is responding to my emails. 😢
