Want to learn how to drive a great business into the ground? Take a lesson from the owners. They seldom showed up until late in the afternoon ... micromanaged every aspect of every job in the building ... seldom if ever listened to and took sound advice from the employees who were on the front lines ... owners tried to pit employees against one another ... CEO once called a staff meeting, piled everyone into a restroom, and proceeded to display the "proper" way to hang toilet paper (the paper should hang over the top, not the bottom, he said). Owners never met deadlines and then hung the employees out to dry for it when it was the owners fault ... checks were almost always late and sometimes were not good ... owners would never listen to complaints from staff or customers and believed everyone was wrong and they were right.

Great co-workers that I miss dearly. Fun products. Unfortunately there isn't much else that I have that is positive about this company.

Management never listens to staff needs and suggestions and then gets angry when thing aren't done on time. Incredibly unprofessional owner. Never there to give direction and then freaks out when things are not done his way. When I say freaks out I mean screaming profanities at the top of his lungs. Absolutely no appreciation for the people working to keep his business open. Nothing going on for weeks and then unreasonable expectations all at one time. Would not take no for an answer when something was absolutely physically impossible to get done in his time frame. Lack of communication from management makes confused production and redoing things because they have no idea what they are doing. We were not allowed to maintain friendships with employees who left the company. Waits until the last minute to do pay checks so everyone had to wait until after they were supposed to go home sometimes more than an hour. This just showed how very little he thought about his employees. I would never recommend that anyone work here. It will definately help you appreciate any job you have after you work here.
