It’s clear from your comments that you care strongly about delivering quality installations and doing the right thing for customers. I recognise how frustrating it is when issues with training, surveying, or planning impact your ability to carry out your role effectively — particularly when that leaves you having to manage difficult conversations on site.
The points you’ve raised around the quality and delivery of training, survey accuracy (especially for EV and Air Source installations), and clarity around progression and pay structures are important. I acknowledge that if progression pathways and pay brackets aren’t clearly communicated — or feel inconsistent in practice — that can undermine trust. That’s not the intention, and I would love to speak to you directly to understand this a little more please
I also hear the concern about time pressures versus quality. We never want efficiency to compromise standards or safety, and your feedback highlights where planning and expectations may not be aligned with the realities on site.
