Pretty much everyone who joins is a good fit even if they’re all different kinds of developers - Lots of difference types of work and opportunity for development - Freedom to make decisions including design decisions - Generally a high standard of coding (we have lots of documented conventions which means our code looks nice and is well structured) - Team atmosphere. - Rapid growth means structures aren’t quite in place yet (though it’s actively being worked on) - Working more with external clients means there are more pressures coming in from the outside and we lose some of what makes us “us” - There used to be a bit more freedom in terms of what things you’d like to work on whereas now it’s a bit more prescribed
