I have just accepted an Energy Specialist Role within Octopus Energy after a really well thought out and clear recruitment process. Despite the current circumstances, I was able to meet a lot of the team and have a really informative - and actually quite fun! - discovery day via Zoom where each task was well prepared. Every individual I spoke to seems to genuinely enjoy their job and are passionate about their part to play within Octopus. Every step of the way I was well instructed, informed and encouraged by Tayla at Instant Impact who made the thorough recruitment process that little less daunting. I'm excited to start my role within the company. Even if it is remote at first, I'm confident that the support structure they have in place will guide me through and make the new start as easy as can be.

Hard to think of any cons at this stage! I don't think the recruitment process could have been made any easier.
