I just got offered the Energy Specialist role today and I was so excited to accept the role. Octopus Energy felt like the right choice for me, the work environment, the application process, the interviews and most of the all the Discovery day were the main reasons. It was great to hear from current members of staff working for Octopus Energy for 3-4 years achieving their goals and progressing within the company to becoming Team Leaders and Managers. I plan to become a Team leader with the previous work experience I gained over the years. The job does requires a lot of hard work and you need to be willing to learn and adaptor new skills but the rewards are there. It truly come down to you. I would strongly recommend anyone to join the Team and build their career at Octopus Energy. Looking forward to starting on the 7 December 2021. Mollie Cross was amazing, she informed me throughout the whole application process and share tips to make me stand out and secure the job. She's a great asset to the company and would strongly recommend her to anyone wanting to join Octopus Energy and the application process to have a smooth journey.

There was no Cons, there are a few interviews stages to the application process but the reason for that is to make sure you are 100% committed to working at Octopus Energy and to see if the job is right for you.
