I’m sorry to hear you feel you can’t challenge or discuss your feelings around not agreeing to some management decisions. I would love to explore this further and get some examples to be able to discuss this. Without these examples being shared, it’s really hard to be able to notice patterns across the site.
It is one of the most important things to me within Leicester that members feel safe to share their opinions as I genuinely don’t believe we can be the best managers without this. Please could you reach out to me to discuss this further or attend one of the weekly drop in sessions Operations Managers hold with someone you feel comfortable discussing this further with?
