Thanks for taking the time to leave your feedback. I’m happy to hear you appreciated our office and our approach to above and beyond customer service being the most important thing for us but also sorry to hear that you weren’t happy in regards to pay and progression.
We value our teams greatly and we regularly evaluate our salaries for this reason, which recently led to us raising our starting salary in Leicester. Over the last few years, we have put in a lot of changes to further support the development journey of our Energy Specialists which provides more transparency and guidance when it comes to pay. If this hasn’t been your experience, it would be helpful to understand why not.
