1) I have not encountered such a manipulative, and problem-creating HR department. They will go out of their way to create problems for simple requests. HR is backed heavily by top management, so whatever they do, however wrong it may be, it is backed by top management. 2) Very, very low appraisals (even if given any), and also you may get 40% of variable salary if you are lucky. 3) Nothing is stable, frequent manager changes and team changes will happen. 4)HR will even create problems after you leave the company while giving necessary documents. 5) They will hire interns to replace developers and do their work for a low salary. Interns to team lead all do the same work, so no extra responsibility or different work for people with 6-7 years of experience. 7) Good employees leave this company within a year or two and the people who are there long term are all toxic and puppets of top management.
