One of the worst nightmare as an employee here...They specifically mentioned 12-9 Pm shift on online platform while making us work for 13-14 hours just to get the payment from the parents... Talking about the work culture...You have to be strong enough mentally to sustain the toxicity here...They will push to the level you can't imagine just to get the payment or the leads converted, humiliate you, yell at you for no reason...especially the AM under whom I worked was toxic as hell...No one is born expert...if you approach her for help, you'll have to face her wrath...and also they do not have any policy for female employees making them work till late night and do not take responsibility if they reach home safely or not...I took the matter to my AM and her response was in favour of the company but not for the female employee... #WORST_WORK_ETHICS #DOUBLE_FACED_WORKPOLICY
